Solar constructions are made to ensure that solar panels are used in the most efficient manner and require a special design. Solar Contruction Types

Solar systems can be applied to land or roof. These systems require different construction systems due to their location. Below, land and roof solar construction systems are described:

1 - Ground Solar Systems

Ground solar systems are often used in areas where energy is needed on larger scales. Energy efficiency is high because it can be adjusted to different angles. Constructions generally consist of a hybrid design made of steel and aluminum, but steel structures can also be used in areas with high snow loads.

Process

Taking into consideration the physical measurements of the site, the most suitable table types in our portfolio are determined and it is decided how many rows will be used at the tables.

Fasteners are designed according to the slope of the site.

According to the column application plan prepared during the design phase, the settlement points of the columns are determined individually according to the actual site conditions.

Application Method

There are different application methods according to the ground structure of the panels. The selected application method is first completed by mounting columns, then beams, rafters, and tension elements. Application methods according to the ground:

  • Column fastening with fastening machine
  • Concrete application with a core drilling method
  • The application of concrete with the lining method

    • 2 - Roof Type Solar Systems

    Especially in homes, mounted on the roof and the house is aimed at meeting the energy needs of the system. For roof type solar systems;

  • The existing structure must be reinforced by concrete and architectural projects.
  • The structure of the roof surface should be examined. (trapezoidal sheet, panel sandwich or tile)
  • The construction material to be used according to the state of the roof construction of the existing roof and the panel spacing of the roof is determined.
  • The panel layout plan is made.
  • To obtain maximum radiation, the panel placement angle is determined.
