Thermal Solar Energy Application

Heating systems account for 47% of energy consumption. Many people associate solar panels with photovoltaic panels used to generate electricity, but solar energy can also be used directly as thermal solar energy application.

Solar energy is most commonly used to heat outdoor swimming pools and residential waters, but can also be used for many industrial processes.

In order to produce the heat energy used above energy consumption in the transportation and housing sectors in a more cost-free manner, we design specific to the projects and install these projects.

About two-thirds of the energy used in the industrial sector is consumed as heat. Some industries have higher rates, such as the glass industry, which consumes about 80 percent of its energy for heating purposes.

Due to fossil fuel usage in heat productionthere consists water pollution, air pollution and a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions. This leads to environmental degradation.

Thermal Energy Categorization

The lowest temperature range covers temperatures below 80°C. Solar collectors can meet these temperatures.

Medium temperature category covers temperatures between 80°C and 250°C.

The highest temperature range includes temperatures above 250°C and requires concentrated solar energy (CSP) to achieve these temperatures.

Currently, many industries benefit from solar collectors of low and medium temperature solar energy available commercially. They are particularly suitable for the heating needs of the food, beverage, textile, paper and pulp industries.

Processes such as sterilization, pasteurization, drying, hydrolysis, distillation and evaporation, washing and cleaning and polymerization do not require high temperatures.

%30 of industrial processing temperature is below 100°C, and %27 of industrial heating needs can be met from 100 to 400°C.

In the food, wine and beverage, transport equipment, textile, machinery and pulp and paper industries, roughly 60% of the heating requirements can be met with temperatures below 250°C.
